TONDAUS™ surgical skin markers are designed to allow the surgeon to conveniently demarcate selected sites, prior to or during surgical procedures with scrub-resistant, non-toxic, highly visible, gentian violet-colored solution. Eliminating the messiness and inconvenience of using cotton-tipped swabs dipped in marking dye, sterile TONDAUS™ Surgical Skin Markers produce ultrafine, fine, medium and broad lines, with high visibility on skin surfaces during surgical procedures. The special grooved barrel on the KAPOK™ also ensures secure grip while marking. The accompanying ruler in each pack, permits accurate measurement (marked metrically and in inches), and provides a straight line while having the flexibility to conform to all body contours.

KAPOK™ surgical skin markers can be used in a wide variety of surgical procedures: e.g.: Fine/Regular Tip for use in general surgery; the Ultra-Fine Tip for use in plastic surgery and the Broad/Utility Tip for orthopedic use. Each TONDAUS™ Surgical Skin Marker is in a sterile (gamma radiated) package for easy fiber-free aseptic presentation. Additionally, the TONDAUS™ is available in unsterile bulk packaging.

TONDAUS™s Surgical Skin Markers are also available in an All Skin model which features a brilliant blue color for demarcation on the darker skinned patient. The All Skin Surgical Marker is available both sterile with measuring ruler and non-sterile bulk.
